Usitall’s Parent Company, The Tekniska Verken Group, has been announced winner of the award Green Capitalist of the Year at a ceremony held in Stockholm, December 6, 2011.

On the 16th of May 2011 the Swedish Sustainable Business project was launched with the ambition of promoting Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in Romania, a country in which CSR is still in its infancy.

On Wednesday the 11th May 2011, Usitall’s CEO, Mattias Philipsson, will present a key note speech under the heading “Waste as a renewable energy source – a success story” at the World Renewable Energy Congress 2011. The speech describes the astonishing progress that has been made in Linköping, Sweden, thanks to world leading waste-to-energy solutions.

A Polish delegation, headed by the Polish-Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Gdansk, visited Usitall.

On the 1st and 2nd of March, Usitall held a course in Sustainable Waste Management under the guidance of Samar Nath, Project Leader, Usitall.

On the 1st and 2nd of March 2011, Usitall will hold an open course in sustainable waste management. The number of places on the course is limited and we are still accepting applications.The last date for signing up is the 15th of February.

Usitall AB will participate in the Congress, taking place in Linköping during May 8-13, 2011. The Congress is hosted by Linköping University in close cooperation with the World Renewable Energy Congress/Network.
